12 Minute AMRAP Bodyweight Workout

I’m so pumped to share today’s workout! I finally got a Gymboss timer so that I can perfectly time my workout videos for you guys. No more cheating on timing my moves 😉 (okay…maybe not so exciting to some).

For those of you who are curious, I got this timer off of Amazon and it works great for interval workouts.

With that, first officially timed workout video I put together is here and it takes just 12 Minutes to complete.

This 12 Minute AMRAP workout is broken out into three different four minute AMRAPS. AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible. Each AMRAP will be a set of two bodyweight exercises, so no equipment needed. Depending on the exercise, you will perform each move for a total of 5-6 reps.

Here is the breakdown with the FULL WORKOUT VIDEO below to following along to:

4 Minute AMRAP 1: Legs

• Squat with Alternating Curtsy Lunges X 6 reps (3 curtsy lunges each side)

• Double Lunge Pulse with Knee Drive X 5 reps each leg

4 Minute AMRAP 2: Arms:

• Double Push-up with 4 Mountain Climbers X 5 reps

• Burpees X 5 reps

4 Minute AMRAP 3: Abs:

• Suitcase Crunch X 5 reps

• Plank Jacks with Jump Ins X 5 reps

Take 30-60 second breaks in between each AMRAP
