
Recipe:
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
4 teaspoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Mix all ingredients together well in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight.
Top with berries and enjoy the next day!
