Whip these up for a last minute holiday dessert. No baking required and the kids will love them!
Mallow Mars Cookies Recipe
- 6 graham cracker sheets
- 2 cups of marshmallow creme, refrigerated
- 1 bag of dark chocolate morsels, melted with a teaspoon of coconut oil
Directions
- With a round cookie cutter (or anything metal and round), cut 12 circles into the graham crackers and set aside on a wire rack over a cookie sheet.
- Melt your chocolate in the microwave for about 3-4 mins, stirring in between, stir in a dollop of coconut oil (to make it easier to spread/dip) for the last minute.
- Add a blob of marshmallow creme (fluff is fine) to each graham cracker circle, just enough to cover the graham cracker
- Spoon the melted chocolate over the marshmallow creme until the top and sides are covered (optional, top with crushed graham cracker)
- Transfer cookies to a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pop in the freezer for 1/2 hour until the chocolate is hardened, then dip the bottoms in melted chocolate and set aside on parchment paper and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
