15 MIN Lower-body Workout (no equipment & low-impact)

I finally have a new workout for you guys, it only took a month and half for me to post one in 2019 but it’s here and it’s finally a full workout video. So you can follow along as I do the workout and walk you through each and every step. It only takes 15 minutes and requires no equipment. So it’s a no excuse, yes you can do it anywhere type of workout. I did it over the weekend and it’s perfect for those days you just don’t have time to get to the gym or a class and want a quick sweat.

Full disclosure, my YouTube video skills are a work-in-progress and I am open to any feedback you have to make them better (please). Below is the full workout video and I’ve also included a picture guide that you can download and print (or Pin It) if you want to take it with you to the gym.
