I finally have a new workout for you guys, it only took a month and half for me to post one in 2019 but it’s here and it’s finally a full workout video. So you can follow along as I do the workout and walk you through each and every step. It only takes 15 minutes and requires no equipment. So it’s a no excuse, yes you can do it anywhere type of workout. I did it over the weekend and it’s perfect for those days you just don’t have time to get to the gym or a class and want a quick sweat.
