Pumpkin Pie Spiced Smoothie

Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie Recipe - Dairy Free and Paleo!

Serves 1 THICK smoothie! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 small sweet potato (steamed, diced into cubes and frozen)
  • 1/2 frozen ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter
  • 1 cup of cashew or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • pink of black pepper (to absorb the turmeric)
  • 1 scoop of protein (optional) I used Further Food’s Collagen Peptides (discount code: ‘FITGREENGAL10’)

Blend in a high speed blender and serve with your favorite toppings.
