Serves 1 THICK smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1 small sweet potato (steamed, diced into cubes and frozen)
- 1/2 frozen ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons of nut butter
- 1 cup of cashew or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- pink of black pepper (to absorb the turmeric)
- 1 scoop of protein (optional) I used Further Food’s Collagen Peptides (discount code: ‘FITGREENGAL10’)
Blend in a high speed blender and serve with your favorite toppings.
