4 Ingredient Nutella Fudge

September 5, 2017 by MGal

Chocolate and hazelnut is my all-time favorite dessert combination. Nutella anyone?!!

Being Italian, Nutella used to be a staple in my household. Ever since I made homemade hazelnut butter, I have been craving Nutella and wanted to create my own version of the original, but in bite-sized form instead, and with only 4 ingredients:

  1. Hazulnut Butter
  2. Coconut Oil
  3. Maple Syrup or Honey
  4. Cacao (or Cocoa) Powder

4 Ingredient Nutella Fudge (Dairy Free)

If you want the spreadable version, you can still make this recipe and just leave the coconut oil out. Strawberries and Nutella on toast is also a great combo!

4 Ingredient Nutella Fudge (Dairy Free)

But I like how with the fudge bites, you can have them as dessert or satisfy those sweet tooth cravings in one bite without the bread. I also love adding seat salt to practically every chocolate dessert, but this is optional if you want to omit it.

I used raw cacao powder for this recipe, but you can use cocoa powder if you prefer. I like raw cacao as it is loaded with anti-oxidants and iron, more so than regular cocoa powder which is heated at high temperatures. Enjoy!
