Today I’m sharing with you an easy-to-follow FULL BODY BENCH WORKOUT which requires no equipment except, well…a bench.
This workout offers a great introduction to some of the more challenging plank moves as the bench provides a raised surface which lowers the amount of impact on each move. The bench also offers support to reduce the amount of body weight resistance used. For my challengers, you can take the plank moves to the ground.
Grab a friend and take this one outside!
*To modify the plank jacks and tap-ups and further reduce impact, take out the jump and just tap one leg at a time.
