Iced Coffee Latte (Dairy Free) Recipe

March 12, 2017 by MGal

My husband puts Collagen in his coffee every morning–Further Collagen Peptides*, that is. Not only is this product supposed to be amazing for your hair, skin and nails, it’s also the best addition to your morning cup of joe. It makes your coffee (hot or cold) super creamy and frothy and the best part, it’s dairy free! It’s made of 100% Grass Fed Bovine Collagen Peptides and is one of the most highly bio-available sources of collagen on the market today. Check out my recipe below and read more about this product in my post here.

Recipe:

2 cups of your favorite cold/room temperature coffee (or hot coffee is fine)

1-2 scoops of Further Food Collagen Peptides* use discount code: FITGREENGAL10 to get 10% off + free shipping

1 teaspoon of Brain Octane Oil (optional)

1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 cup of your favorite milk (I used almond milk to keep it dairy free)

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on a “stir” or low power setting, being careful of securing the top if you are using the hot liquid (it comes up and could burn you). I do not recommend putting hot coffee into a small blender because it will explode (I learned the hard way with my Hamilton Beach Blender).

Serve over ice (if cold) and enjoy!

*When trying a new supplement, it’s best to discuss with your doctor first
