Made with simple ingredients, these muffins are low in sugar and packed with whole grains, making them the perfect healthy treat or breakfast

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup of cacao powder
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Add the avocado, banana, eggs, honey and vanilla to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl sift the flour, cacao and baking soda.
  4. Add the avocado and banana mix to the dry ingredients including the chocolate chips.
  5. Mix gently until just combined.
  6. Spoon batter into a greased or lined 12 hole muffin tin (3/4 full in each hole).
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 22 mins.
  8. Let cool before removing.
