Frozen Raspberry Acai Bowl (Vegan and Gluten-Free)!
 
 
This frozen berry bowl is the perfect summer treat that's balanced with carbs + protein + fiber + veggies + good fat!

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of freeze-dried açaí powder
  • ¾ cup of frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup of lightly steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1 scoop of hemp protein (or your favorite plant-based protein)
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond or coconut mylk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Blend together in a high speed blender until smooth. An ice cream-like texture should be achieved. If too liquid, add ice or more raspberries and blend. If too thick, add in water or more mylk and blend.
  2. Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings. I used hemp seeds + cacao nibs + raspberries.
  3. Enjoy!
